Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance or ability to obtain
• At least 1 year of software development experience
• Experience with Java development (Spring Boot or similar)
• Angular, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS experience
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs
• Experience with Agile development environments
• Familiarity with CI/CD and DevSecOps practices
• Experience with relational databases
• Strong problem-solving and collaborative skills

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain IBS software applications and services
• Develop solutions using Java-based technologies and/or Angular front-end frameworks
• Implement solutions based on functional and technical requirements
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following established standards
• Participate in code reviews and incorporate feedback to improve code quality
• Troubleshoot and resolve defects and performance issues
• Support integration across system components and external interfaces
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automated build/test/deploy processes
• Ensure applications meet security requirements including STIG alignment
• Participate in Agile processes including sprint planning and stand-ups
• Develop and maintain technical documentation
• Support testing activities (unit/integration/system)
• Collaborate with senior developers, QA, DevSecOps, and infra teams for deployments
