Job summary
DecisionPoint Corporation is seeking a Senior Software Developer to support the USTRANSCOM IBS program, designing, developing, and maintaining software for mission-critical transportation systems. This role will contribute to front-end and/or back-end development using Java-based technologies and/or Angular frameworks, depending on project needs.

Qualifications
- Active Secret Clearance required.
- IAT Level II certification preferred.
- Minimum 5+ years of software development experience.
- Experience with Java development (Spring Boot or similar).
- Experience with Angular, TypeScript, HTML, CSS.
- Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Experience in Agile environments.
- Familiarity with CI/CD and DevSecOps practices.
- Experience with relational databases.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain software for the IBS program.
- Develop solutions using Java-based technologies and/or Angular.
- Implement solutions based on requirements.
- Write clean, efficient, maintainable code following standards.
- Collaborate with leads and architects to align with architecture.
- Participate in code reviews for quality and performance.
- Troubleshoot defects and performance issues.
- Support integration across components and interfaces.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines for automated builds and deployments.
- Ensure security requirements and STIG alignment.
- Participate in Agile sprint activities and ceremonies.
- Develop technical documentation and design artifacts.
- Support testing: unit, integration, system.
- Collaborate with QA, DevSecOps, infra, and cybersecurity teams.
