DecisionPoint Corporation is seeking a Full Stack Developer to join the US Transportation Command - Global Freight Management team. The role focuses on designing, developing, and deploying scalable software using Java (Spring Boot) and JavaScript, with a SDLC-driven approach in a Linux environment.

The candidate will contribute to configuring and optimizing servers, implementing CI/CD pipelines, and applying automated testing.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in a software development role.
Proficiency with Java (Spring Boot) and JavaScript.
Active Secret Clearance and IAT II certification.
Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
Experience deploying and maintaining Java applications on Linux.
Hands-on with GitLab and Jenkins CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with Jira and Confluence for project documentation.

Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership and mentor other developers.
Participate in all SDLC phases, designing, developing, testing, and delivering software.
Develop and maintain scalable, robust applications meeting business needs.
Configure, monitor, and optimize application servers for high performance.
Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
Apply automated testing frameworks within CI/CD.
Perform scripting and troubleshooting to support development and deployment.
Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Work independently and in a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
