Qualifications

• 4+ years of related professional experience in software engineering.
• Experience building distributed and event driven systems.
• Experience with microservice development.
• Experience working on cross-functional teams to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluency in AI assisted development tools and frameworks to improve velocity while maintaining quality guardrails.
• Experience mentoring others, reviewing architectures, and establishing design patterns.

Responsibilities

• Architect high-throughput, distributed backend systems serving as the single source of truth for patient data.
• Lead zero-to-one architectural decisions during growth and scale.
• Mentor engineers, establish operational rigor, and collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams.
