Job summary

RevStar is seeking a Delivery Lead for AWS migrations to drive end-to-end migration engagements, from kickoff through stabilization. You will guide cross-functional teams, shape migration strategies, and partner with clients to meet timelines and scope.

The role emphasizes technical leadership, risk mitigation, and hands-on delivery in a remote-first environment with strong collaboration across engineering, DevOps, and product teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical delivery leadership, engineering leadership, or consulting within cloud or modernization spaces.
• Solid grasp of cloud infrastructure fundamentals (networking, compute, storage, IAM) and hands-on experience running large-scale cloud migrations.
• Full lifecycle Agile/Scrum delivery experience with ability to drive clarity through technical ambiguity.
• Nice-to-Haves: Active AWS Certifications (Solutions Architect Associate/Professional), HIPAA/SOC 2/PCI familiarity, or consulting background.

Responsibilities

• Lead AWS migration projects across discovery, planning, execution, cutover, and post-migration stabilization.
• Partner with Solutions Architects and Engineers on migration strategies and risk mitigation.
• Oversee cross-functional teams and enforce delivery standards and gates using Jira/Azure DevOps.
