Job summary

RevStar is seeking a Delivery Lead for AWS migrations, responsible for end-to-end delivery from kickoff to stabilization. You will guide cross-functional teams, shape migration strategy, and drive risk mitigation to meet scope and schedule.

This remote-first, full-time role requires hands-on leadership, strong AWS migration experience, and the ability to partner with solutions architects, engineers, and clients to deliver successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical delivery leadership in cloud or modernization.
• Solid grasp of cloud infrastructure and hands-on migrations.
• Full lifecycle Agile/Scrum delivery experience with clarity in ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Lead migration projects across discovery, planning, execution, cutover, and post-migration stabilization.
• Serve as primary delivery contact, manage scope, risks, and escalations with clients.
• Oversee cross-functional teams and enforce delivery standards and gates.
