Job summary

RevStar, a fast-growing cloud-native software and modernization consultancy, is seeking a Delivery Lead for AWS migrations. You will own successful execution from kickoff through stabilization, leading cross-functional teams and guiding architecture discussions while managing risks and client expectations.

The role is remote-based for US-based EST/CST candidates, with a strong emphasis on delivery excellence, Jira/Azure DevOps governance, and collaboration with Solutions Architects.

Qualifications

3+ years in technical delivery leadership or engineering leadership in cloud projects.
Hands-on experience with large-scale cloud migrations.
Proven track record delivering with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Responsibilities

Lead AWS migration projects across discovery, planning, execution, cutover, and post-migration stabilization.
Partner with Solutions Architects and Engineers on migration strategy, dependencies, rollback plans, and risk mitigation.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure delivery milestones, scope, and quality gates are met using Jira and Azure DevOps.
