Job summary

AssureSoft is a multinational software development company delivering strategic consulting and technology services. We seek an experienced leader to guide remote, multidisciplinary software teams across products and projects.

You will mentor engineers, manage delivery, and drive Agile practices to ensure high-quality software timelines while collaborating with Product, Design, QA, and stakeholders worldwide.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in software development environments.
• Experience leading software teams or complex software projects.
• Strong knowledge of Agile principles and experience with Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid approaches.
• Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and managing project artifacts.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design, development, QA, deployment, and maintenance.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in fast-paced, distributed environments.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor remote, multidisciplinary software development teams.
• Conduct regular one‑on‑one meetings and performance reviews.
• Foster a collaborative, innovative, inclusive, and accountable team culture.
• Coordinate with Product, Design, QA, and other teams to deliver high‑quality software solutions.
• Manage project timelines, priorities, dependencies, risks, issues, and delivery commitments.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and maintain visibility of project progress.
• Ensure deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.
• Create and maintain clear project and technical documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Communicate project status, risks, priorities, and decisions to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Develop mitigation strategies and adjust project plans to protect timelines and quality.
• Improve engineering processes, workflows, and development practices.
• Evaluate and incorporate relevant technologies and tools into the development process.
• Participate in engineering recruitment and talent selection.
• Manage sprint planning, issue tracking, and project reporting tools.
