Job summary

Georgia Department of Human Services (DHS) in Atlanta, GA seeks a Social Services Program Consultant 3 (Resource Database & Platform28 Specialist) to lead the DDS RDB and Platform28 systems for the ADRC program. You will coordinate with vendors, staff, and leadership to implement updates, provide training, and ensure access control and documentation.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 4 years of related experience (or 2 years at SSP2) and may include statewide travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and four years of professional experience including one year in a lead supervisory role.
• Or Bachelor's degree and two years of experience at the lower level SSP2 or equivalent.
• Preferred: WellSky or Platform28 experience, IT/system analysis background, project management and training delivery.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate business needs for DDS RDB and Platform28 and design/configuration changes.
• Coordinate with DAS leadership, vendors, and ADRC end users; manage tickets and enhancements.
• Develop user guides for DDS RDB and Platform28 for ADRC staff and provide training.
