Job summary

Five Iron Golf, the global leader in indoor golf and social entertainment, seeks a Social Recruiter to own full-cycle hiring for hospitality teams at corporate locations across the country. You will manage roles from line cooks to General Managers, travel for openings, and partner with venue leadership.

The role is full-time and remote with NYC-based candidates preferred, reporting to Head of People. Compensation highlights include a $125,000 annual salary and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting in hospitality / multi-unit entertainment.
• Experience recruiting hourly FOH/BOH staff and salaried leaders (e.g., chefs, GMs).
• Comfort managing 30+ open requisitions across markets/time zones.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations and how to speak a chef's language.
• Strong organization with attention to start dates, offers, and handoffs.
• Discretion handling confidential searches and candidate information.
• Proficiency with ATS and Google Sheets/Excel trackers.

Responsibilities

• Own the hiring pipeline coast to coast across 40+ venues.
• Write/post job listings and source candidates via boards, social media, referrals, and networks.
• Screen candidates, schedule interviews, and coordinate meet-and-greets and assessments.
• Run reference checks and partner with leadership to extend competitive offers.
