Local & Qualified is a growing digital marketing agency seeking a Social Media Manager to oversee content across client accounts. You will serve as the final quality-control checkpoint, approve posts, and request edits to ensure brand accuracy and professionalism.

In this hands-on role, you will create engaging short-form videos and graphics using CapCut or similar tools, supporting paid social campaigns with strong creative assets. Remote work is available in a fast-paced agency setting.

Qualifications

• Experience managing social media for businesses or clients.
• Ability to create engaging reels and short-form video content.
• Proficiency with CapCut or similar editing platforms.
• Strong graphic design and content-creation abilities.
• Understanding of short-form content that captures attention across platforms.
• Ability to turn raw footage into polished platform-ready content.
• Knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.

Responsibilities

• Manage organic social posting across client accounts.
• Review and approve content from the posting team; request edits as needed.
• Ensure posts are relevant, on-brand, and aligned with client goals.
• Create reels and short-form videos; edit with CapCut.
• Design graphics and assets that are on-brand and platform-appropriate.
• Coordinate feedback and improve content quality with the team.
• Support paid campaigns with creative assets when needed.
• Maintain brand voice and consistency across accounts.
• Ensure content calendars are scheduled and executed on time.
• Adapt content for different platforms and audiences.
