Rocky Brands is seeking a proactive Social Media Manager to oversee and grow our online presence across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok. You will craft engaging content, manage a content calendar, and analyze campaign performance to optimize results.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or 3–5 years of related experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Hootsuite and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3–5 years of related experience.
• Active working knowledge of social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Analytical ability with data collection and analysis tools.
• Strong communication and public relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide social news and trend insights; share best practices for social interaction and social commerce.
• Professionally represent the Rocky Brand portfolio online.
• Manage and grow our social media community across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Oversee day-to-day operations for Social Media initiatives; manage deadlines and ensure team/projects meet deadlines.
• Create and post relevant text, images, and videos using a content calendar to plan and schedule posts in advance.
• Learn and navigate the Hootsuite platform to manage and schedule social content.
• Coordinate with Brand Marketing Manager, PR Firm, and Ecommerce Team to receive/post engaging content.
• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans that boost brand equity and drive sales across channels.
