Job summary

Beside is hiring a Social Media Manager to own our organic presence across brand channels and founder accounts. You’re a hands-on, autonomous operator who knows what makes content work on social and turns raw material into a coherent, high-quality presence.

You’ll own the social calendar, decide what to publish, adapt the voice per platform, build a repeatable posting engine, and track performance to improve content. Remote-friendly within the US; NYC is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience managing social presence across multiple channels.
• Ability to translate raw material into engaging posts.
• Understanding of social formats and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Own the social calendar, publishing, and day-to-day operation of brand channels and selected founder accounts.
• Decide what’s worth publishing, where it belongs, and when it should go live.
• Turn raw material into content that lands—edit, package, and write for each platform.
