Job summary

Chariot is seeking a Social Media Associate to own strategy, ideation, and execution across all social platforms. You’ll manage the content calendar, brainstorm campaigns, and coordinate with influencers to scale content.

You’ll be comfortable on camera for quick TikToks and Reels and help keep content organized and on-brand. Responsibilities include running weekly calendars, coordinating UGC and influencers, shooting short-form content, and tracking performance to iterate.

• Knows what’s trending on TikTok, IG, and how to spin it for a brand.
• Able to manage a content calendar and coordinate with creators.

Responsibilities

• Run our weekly content calendar across TikTok, IG, FB, X, Threads, BlueSky, LinkedIn
• Plan fun, fresh ideas in-house and manage UGC/influencer content
• Shoot and appear in quick-turn content yourself
• Track and report performance, test variations, and help iterate
• Reply to comments, DMs, and tags in our tone of voice
• Keep everything cohesive, on-brand, and aligned with broader campaigns
