Tag is seeking a Social Media Coordinator & Content Creator to join as a remote role. You will manage calendars, publishing, approvals, community monitoring and reporting while also capturing, editing, and designing photo, video and graphic content that brings the brand to life on social.

The position emphasizes a 50/50 split between social coordination and content creation/production, with flexibility based on the calendar and campaign needs.

Qualifications

• Highly organized, detail‑oriented creator with strong workflow skills.
• Comfortable managing content calendars and approval workflows.
• Able to shoot and edit social content using consumer and professional gear.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain monthly and real-time content calendars with accurate timing, assets, copy and metadata.
• Support publishing workflows by uploading, tagging, scheduling and trafficking content.
• Coordinate asset readiness, routing approvals, and feedback across teams, client, and partners.
• Capture social‑first photo/video content for multiple platforms and edit for social formats.
• Edit and design content using Adobe Creative Cloud and mobile editing tools.
• Stay updated on platform trends and propose new content ideas and formats.
• Maintain brand consistency and quality across all published content.
