Job summary

CharCharms is seeking a creative Social Media Content Creator to ideate, shoot, and edit engaging video content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and YouTube. You’ll produce a mix of product-focused, lifestyle, and street-style content, adapting ideas for each platform.

You will own content from concept to final edit, help shape weekly concepts with the Marketing Manager, and work in a fast-paced, founder-led environment. Remote options are available.

Qualifications

• Experience creating social media content for a brand, agency, or creator.
• Strong short-form video filming and editing skills.
• Experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Familiarity with long-form YouTube filming and editing.
• Proficiency with CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Brainstorm and develop content ideas weekly.
• Film and edit content for TikTok, Reels, Shorts, and YouTube.
• Collaborate with Marketing Manager to support the broader strategy.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual style.
