Job summary

Tahaluf is seeking a Social Media Manager to lead our social presence through agency management and hands-on delivery. You will direct external agencies, own strategy, and drive engagement across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, and YouTube while partnering with marketing leadership to support strategic objectives.

The role involves campaign design, live event coverage, and optimizing paid amplification to achieve registrations and brand growth.

Qualifications

• 4 to 5 years experience in social media marketing and managing external agencies or creative teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, and YouTube is essential.
• Proven experience running boosted and paid social campaigns with budget management and audience targeting.
• English fluency is essential; Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day relationship with social and creative agencies: briefing, direction, feedback, and final sign-off.
• Write sharp, insight-led briefs with clear objectives, audience, tone, and success measures.
• Manage agency workflows, content calendars, and deadlines across multiple events.
• Quality-control agency output: brand voice, visual identity, accuracy, and platform fit.
• Review agency performance against KPIs; manage scopes and maximize value from retainers.
• Identify when work should move in-house and brief internal designers and videographers when speed matters.
• Set and implement social media campaigns aligned with marketing strategies and event milestones.
• Design and deliver targeted content to increase engagement, followers, and retention (short-form video).
• Maintain brand voice in all posts and interactions; ensure content has purpose.
