Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is great, but related work or internship experience in social media or content creation works too.
• We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, has good judgment, and writes clearly.
• Able to provide clear feedback, stay organized, and adapt in a growing startup.

Responsibilities

• Review creator content to ensure it meets campaign requirements and provide feedback.
• Track campaign deadlines and help creators stay on schedule.
• Answer creator questions and troubleshoot issues.
• Build campaign briefs based on brand goals.
• Collaborate with teams to keep campaigns on track.
• Help test and adopt new tools and processes.
• Jump in on other operational priorities as needed.
