Pestrol Inc. is seeking a Social Media Specialist to develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy remotely.

You will create and schedule content across Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn and more, monitor interactions, and respond promptly to comments and reviews to maintain a professional brand voice. You will analyze metrics, provide insights to improve performance, coordinate with the marketing team, and stay current with trends.

Qualifications

• College graduate.
• Read, write, speak and comprehend English.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Willing to learn and grow with the company.
• Pest control experience is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Minimum 2–3 years of social media experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage the social media strategy.
• Create, curate and schedule content across platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn...).
• Monitor and respond to interactions promptly and professionally.
• Analyze metrics and provide insights to improve performance.
• Collaborate with marketing to align social efforts with campaigns.

• Manage social media advertising campaigns, budget, creation and tracking.
• Engage with online communities and influencers for partnerships.

• Create and maintain a content calendar for regular posting.
