Century Mechanical Holdings is seeking a fully remote Social Media & Graphic Design Specialist to manage day-to-day social media for multiple CMH-owned brands and deliver professional graphic design work with minimal supervision.

The role requires proactive, highly organized individuals who can coordinate across East Coast business hours and maintain brand identities across platforms while producing high-quality assets for print and digital use.

Qualifications

• Current Meta certification.
• Advanced working knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Business Manager, Ads Manager, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Demonstrated experience managing numerous client, company, or location-based social media accounts simultaneously.
• Strong account-management skills with multi-brand coordination.
• Advanced graphic design and visual communication skills.
• Professional portfolio with logos, social graphics, direct mail, brochures, website assets.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Branding, typography, color theory, print-production knowledge.
• Experience developing social media strategies, calendars, and performance reports.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading abilities.
• Ability to shift between many brands, markets, audiences, and services.
• Outstanding organization, project-management, and prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day social media across multiple CMH-owned brands and platforms.
• Create and maintain organized content calendars for several markets.
• Produce social content, publish, and monitor engagement.
• Maintain distinct voices/visual identities per brand within CMH standards.
• Engage followers and escalate customer service concerns.
• Coordinate with local managers for assets and campaigns.
• Develop seasonal topics and content opportunities for each market.
• Use Meta tools for account management, publishing, and reporting.
• Support paid media by creating graphics for Meta campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors on creative requests.
• Ensure file organization and timely project delivery.
