Kratos Growth seeks a Social Listening, Search and NLP Data Analyst to power our AI-driven consumer insights platform. You will develop and refine social listening queries using Brandwatch and YouScan, process NLP data, and support search research to drive client insights and strategic recommendations.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in social listening and NLP, strong data visualization skills, and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of social listening research and consumer insights.
• Proven experience with Brandwatch and YouScan.
• Strong knowledge of NLP techniques and regex.
• 5+ years in search research or SEO optimization.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience with data visualization tools and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain social listening queries; minimize spam and ensure high-quality data.
• Refine queries to adapt to evolving conversations and maintain relevance.
• Code and manage eCommerce text data; validate NLP outputs.
• Collaborate with engineering to improve NLP models and data pipelines.
• Curate keyword universes to reveal search behavior across product categories.
• Contribute to data-backed strategic recommendations.
