Responsibilities

• Translate brand and campaign strategy into creative social content across LinkedIn, short-form video, carousels, and written posts.
• Spot trending topics and cultural moments and convert them into dynamic, on-brand social pieces.
• Develop content ideas and creative concepts with a challenger brand perspective.
• Bring visual thinking to the table: how content looks and feels across platforms.
• Collaborate with content creators and the social team to brief, shape, and elevate execution.
• Contribute to content strategy discussions with a creative POV.
• Use performance data to sharpen creative decisions over time.
