Job summary

Confidential is seeking a highly creative Social Media & Content Creator who thrives on camera and can produce engaging short-form videos. You will script, shoot, edit and post content while managing our channels across multiple global initiatives in youth, education and policy.

You’ll collaborate with a senior content lead, designers and video editors, shaping captions, newsletters and outreach materials, and acting as a face of the brand where appropriate. Fully remote.

Qualifications

• Must have a portfolio of short-form video content.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Gen‑Z audience understanding.
• Able to script, shoot, edit and post content.

Responsibilities

• Run our social channels day to day across platforms and grow engagement.
• Plan, script, shoot and edit short-form video content.
• Write captions, newsletters and outreach emails with a clear voice.
• Support campaigns with creators, partners and events.
