Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in content creation, social media production, or video production.
• Experience contributing to content strategy, including concept development and scripting.
• Strong portfolio across platforms, formats, and industries.
• Expertise in mobile and professional content capture with lighting and audio basics.
• Advanced proficiency with CapCut, Canva, and related editing tools.
• Experience using AI-powered tools for scripting, editing, captioning, and effects.

Responsibilities

• Develop content plans, themes, and series with client-focused goals.
• Translate brand voice and audience insights into shoot concepts and scripts.
• Lead on-site shoots across Illinois and the Midwest, directing talent.
