You’ll handle a global support queue, communicate clearly by email, chat, and calls, and participate in on-call coverage as needed. This position emphasizes learning and collaboration across regions.

Responsibilities

• Triage and manage global SOC Support queue with incident handling and follow-ups.
• Provide clear, timely partner support via email, chat, and phone.
• Coordinate escalation and remediation guidance with internal teams.
• Translate findings into practical guidance partners can act on.
• Lead or support high-severity incident calls with organized timelines.
• Maintain ticket records and ensure smooth cross-shift handoffs.
