Huntress is a fully remote, global cybersecurity company seeking an entry-level SOC Support Associate to bridge partners and our SOC team. You will handle incident-related inquiries and translate SOC concepts into actionable guidance.

Responsibilities include customer support across phone, email, and chat, leading high-severity calls, and helping document runbooks and knowledge base articles. A strong passion for cybersecurity and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role requiring strong customer service and cybersecurity interest.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across channels.
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams during incidents.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat for incident reports and questions.
• Explain SOC concepts, log data, and product behavior in clear terms.
• Lead calls for high-severity incidents and document decisions and next steps.
• Collaborate with Product Support and SOC to clarify detections and data gaps.
• Troubleshoot issues and assist with product-related requests as needed.
• Advocate for partner needs and provide timely responses to security concerns.
• Contribute to knowledge base articles and runbooks based on real tickets.
• Use AI tools to summarize tickets and improve partner communications with human review.
