Huntress, a remote-first cybersecurity company, seeks a Security Operations Center leader to shape global 24/7 incident response, analytics, and training. You will scale processes, improve analyst productivity, and drive cross-functional collaboration to meet service levels and mission goals.

The role emphasizes technical leadership, program development, and stakeholder engagement across Marketing, Sales, Support, and Product as Huntress grows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Security Analyst experience in a global 24x7 SOC with a focus on Windows forensics.
• 2+ years of team lead or managerial experience in a global operations center or IR role.
• Active engagement in the information security community.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and enforce internal processes to reduce burnout and increase productivity.
• Manage and enforce shift coverage for 24/7 operations.
• Meet with analysts weekly to socialize initiatives and progress careers.
• Develop analyst training programs for onboarding and skill advancement.
• Collaborate with Product to prioritize new capabilities for analysts.
• Maintain accountability for regional quality assurance.
• Work with Support to streamline SOC analysis workflows.
• Collaborate with Tactical Response, Threat Hunting, and Detection Engineering teams.
• Provide technical leadership for SOC analysts.
• Ensure alignment with Huntress' mission and goals.
• Provide input to Marketing, Sales, Support, and Product.
• Track and report Objectives and Key Results for SOC focus areas.
• Help operationalize new technologies and services.
• Participate in public speaking engagements.
