Ampacity, LLC seeks a Compliance Administrator to maintain SOC readiness, manage PII/data privacy controls, NetSuite access governance, and ITGC evidence. This fully remote role supports audit-ready operations year-round for a growing clean-energy services company.

Qualifications

• SOC 1 / SOC 2 knowledge and experience
• ITGC domains: access, change management, operations
• PII and data privacy basics
• Hands-on with NetSuite user administration

Responsabilités

• Coordinate SOC audit readiness with owners and auditors
• Maintain control matrix, narratives, system descriptions
• Monitor testing, log exceptions, track remediation
• Collect vendor SOC reports and document exceptions
• Track privacy requests and incidents through resolution
• Run periodic NetSuite access reviews and verify approvals
• Create and manage auditor evidence and PBC requests
• Documentation and reporting of open requests and remediation
