Job summary

Ampacity is seeking a remote Compliance Administrator to own SOC readiness, PII privacy controls, NetSuite access governance, and IT general controls. You will collect evidence, track requests, and ensure controls operate as documented. This 100% remote role reports to the Compliance team and offers growth with audit partners.

You will collaborate across control owners and external auditors year-round. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in compliance or IT audit, a related bachelor’s, and strong

Qualifications

• 2+ years in compliance, internal audit, IT audit, or risk.
• Knowledge of SOC 1 / SOC 2, ITGC domains, and PII/privacy basics.
• Hands-on with NetSuite roles, permissions, and user administration.
• Able to manage many requests and deadlines using Excel and tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• SOC Compliance: coordinate audit readiness with control owners and auditors.
• PII and Data Privacy: maintain inventory and classify data per policy.
• NetSuite Access Governance: run periodic access reviews and manage SoD conflicts.
• ITGC: create and track audit evidence across access, change management, backups, and operations.
