Job summary

Ampacity is seeking a Compliance Administrator for a 100% remote role. You will own SOC readiness, PII/data privacy controls, NetSuite access governance, and IT general controls. This position requires coordinating audits, maintaining control documentation, and guiding remediation across the organization.

Responsibilities include managing evidence, tracking requests, and reporting to leadership. Competitive benefits and a discretionary bonus are offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in compliance, internal audit, or risk with a related degree
• Working knowledge of SOC 1 / SOC 2, ITGC domains, and PII basics
• Hands-on with roles, permissions, and user administration in NetSuite or comparable ERP
• Able to manage many requests and deadlines and proficient in Excel and tracking tools
• Clear writing and ability to collect evidence from non-technical teams

Responsibilities

• Coordinate SOC audit readiness with control owners and external auditors
• Maintain the control matrix, narratives, and system descriptions as processes and systems change
• Monitor control testing, log exceptions, and track remediation to closure
• Collect and review vendor SOC reports, documenting findings and exceptions
• Run periodic NetSuite access reviews and monitor SoD conflicts and privileged accounts
• Create, assign and track auditor/ITGC requests (PBC) across access, change management, backups
• Maintain the central repository of policies and audit artifacts and report status to leadership
