Job summary

Ampacity, a Quanta Services company, is seeking a Compliance Administrator for a 100% remote role. You will lead SOC readiness, review PII controls, and govern NetSuite access, while ensuring ITGC compliance across the organization.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in compliance, internal audit, IT audit, or risk.
• Knowledge of SOC 1 / SOC 2, ITGC, and PII basics.
• Experience with roles, permissions, and user administration in NetSuite.
• Ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines, and work with Excel.

Responsibilities

• SOC audit readiness coordination with control owners and auditors.
• Maintain control matrix, narratives, and system descriptions.
• Monitor testing, log exceptions, and track remediation to closure.
• Review vendor SOC reports and document exceptions.
• Maintain policies, procedures, and audit artifacts; report status to leadership.
