Job summary

Ampacity is seeking a Compliance Administrator to keep the company audit-ready year-round. You will own SOC readiness, PII and data privacy controls, NetSuite access governance, and IT general controls, collecting evidence, tracking requests, and ensuring controls operate as documented.

This is a 100% remote role with a strong emphasis on accuracy and collaboration across teams. You’ll contribute to policy maintenance, audit artifacts, and governance calendars, while enjoying a competitive

Qualifications

• 2+ years in compliance, internal audit, IT audit, or risk with related degree
• Working knowledge of SOC 1 / SOC 2 and ITGC domains
• Hands-on with NetSuite or similar ERP user administration
• Strong written communication and ability to gather evidence from non-technical teams

Responsibilities

• SOC Compliance: coordinate audit readiness with control owners and external auditors
• PII and Data Privacy: maintain inventory of systems storing or processing PII
• NetSuite Access Governance: run periodic access reviews and monitor SoD conflicts
• ITGC Requests and Evidence: create, assign and track auditor requests and collect evidence
• Documentation and Reporting: maintain policies and audit artifacts and update governance calendars
