Job summary

PUNCH Cyber Analytics Group is seeking a Cyber Security Analyst to support a Federal civilian agency's Security Operations Center from a remote setting. You will work with an experienced team to learn traditional and unconventional intrusion detection, analysis, and mitigation techniques.

The role requires 1–3 years in Network Security, US citizenship, and the ability to work both independently and within a team.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of work experience in Network Security.
• Hands-on computer and networking experience, incl. TCP/IP, routing, and major Internet protocols.
• US Citizenship required; able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Support a Federal civilian agency's Security Operations Center as a Cyber Security Analyst.
• Learn from an experienced team about traditional and unconventional ways to detect, analyze, and mitigate intrusions.
• Work remotely with a 4-day, 10-hour shift schedule and 3 days off per week.
