Job summary

Cyber Security Analyst - Secret/Remote position with Military, Veterans and Diverse Job Seekers offers remote work. You will investigate security incidents, perform data mining queries with Splunk, monitor SOC dashboards, and support vulnerability and risk mitigation.

You will communicate clearly with leadership, customers, and peers, handle incident response and administrative tickets, and participate in daily operations briefings.

Responsibilities

• Investigate security incidents and elevate when necessary
• Work Incident Response and Administrative tickets
• Perform and develop data mining queries using Splunk/Splunk ES
• Communicate with Leadership, Customers and Peers
• Monitor and respond to multiple shared Mailbox inquiries
• Provide vulnerability, threat, and risk mitigation support
• Monitor Security Operations Dashboards for alerts
• Support daily Operations briefings
• Monitor and answer the SOC phone hotline
