Job summary

Ampacity, a Quanta Services company, is seeking a NetSuite Administrator to support the backbone of our financial and operational systems in a fully remote role. You’ll drive NetSuite configuration, enhancements, and integrations while ensuring SOX controls and data integrity across the ERP landscape.

You will partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, implement features, and provide user training. Expect collaboration with Box, HCSS/ HeavyJob, FloQast, and Concur, with occasional travel

Qualifications

• 4+ years of NetSuite administration experience with advanced configuration, customization, and development skills including SuiteScript, workflows, and reporting.
• Proven track record leading ERP implementations, system integrations, and enhancement projects while managing SOX compliance and internal controls.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration abilities to gather business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and provide effective user training.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a NetSuite administrator, managing user access, roles, provisioning, and SOX-compliant change management procedures.
• Execute NetSuite roadmap initiatives, including new module implementations, system enhancements, integrations, and projects with external consultants.
• Design efficient approval workflows and oversee ERP system controls for compliance.
• Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements, document solutions, test features, and provide user training as needed.
• Manage ancillary systems (Box, HCSS/ HeavyJob, FloQast, Concur) ensuring integration with NetSuite and user adoption.
• Build and test NetSuite dashboards, create reports and saved searches to support decision making, and perform mass data updates via CSV.
• Develop SuiteFlow workflows and SuiteScript customizations and leverage AI tooling to accelerate admin, diagnostics, and reporting work.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% occasionally for implementations, training, and stakeholder engagement.
