The Remote SNF Biller is responsible for coordinating and maintaining accounts receivable objectives to optimize cash flow. This role provides skilled nursing facility-level support related to billing, reimbursement, collections, and financial operations while ensuring compliance with established policies, procedures, and industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Process billing for Medicare, Medicaid, and Managed Care payers.

• Review, verify, and update billing information to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies in collaboration with facility and corporate teams.

• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding claims.

• Prepare financial and aging reports for management review.

• Handle sensitive patient and financial information in accordance with HIPAA standards.
