Job summary

Postscript, the AI-powered SMS marketing platform, is hiring a Client Strategist to own end-to-end SMS strategy for rotating customer accounts. You’ll collaborate with Marketing, Product and Customer Success to apply best practices and craft copy that drives revenue and brand differentiation.

You’ll write best-in-class SMS content and brainstorm revenue-generating strategies with merchants, helping them make SMS their top revenue channel. This is a fully remote role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years direct-to-consumer SMS marketing experience
• Proven copywriting and creative skills for campaigns
• Experience with A/B testing and optimization
• Strong knowledge of ecommerce marketing practices
• Able to liaise with decision-makers and stakeholders
• Data-driven, metrics-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

• Excellent content – create compelling SMS campaigns, automations and calls to action for brands.
• Develop advisory relationships and execute best practices with customers.
• Track, analyze and iterate customer results to scale on the Postscript platform.
• Establish marketing best practices and stay ahead in SMS marketing trends.
• Maintain expert knowledge of product and ecommerce marketing to advise clients.
