Job summary

ABC Fitness is seeking an ambitious SMB Account Executive to join our North American sales team. You will identify and pursue new business through outbound prospecting, tailor product demos, and drive bookings.

This fast‑paced, high‑volume role is remote, requires at least 2 years SaaS sales experience, and offers a competitive compensation plan with bonus opportunities. You’ll collaborate with Customer Success and use Salesforce for forecasting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience, preferably in a high-velocity, short sales-cycle environment.
• Strong understanding of B2B SaaS sales, including outbound lead generation.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of opportunities simultaneously.
• Comfortable leveraging AI tools to improve outbound prospecting, personalize outreach, and streamline internal workflows.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and pursue new business through outbound prospecting (calls, emails, and social)
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations aligned with client needs
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual bookings targets through disciplined prospecting, pipeline management, and effective sales execution
• Work with Customer Success to ensure seamless onboarding
• Manage a detailed sales pipeline in Salesforce with accurate forecasting
