Job summary

ABC Fitness is seeking a driven Account Executive to join our North American sales team. You will identify and pursue new business, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue targets in a fast-paced, remote environment.

With 5+ years in mid-level account management or fitness industry sales, you will leverage MEDDIC and Salesforce to forecast and close strategic deals, collaborating with marketing and product and supporting customer success throughout onboarding.

Qualifications

5+ years managing mid-level accounts or fitness industry experience.
Proven top-tier performance (top 25% ranking).
Strong understanding of B2B SaaS sales including outbound lead generation.
Experience with MEDDIC methodology.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proven ability managing complex sales cycles.

Responsibilities

Proactively identify and pursue new business through outbound prospecting (calls, emails, social).
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Develop and execute strategic territory plans to meet revenue targets.
Collaborate with marketing/product teams on messaging and collateral.
Provide client feedback to inform product enhancements.
Work with customer success for seamless onboarding.
Manage detailed sales pipeline in Salesforce with accurate forecasting.
Represent ABC at industry events.
Complete quarterly business plans and expense reports.
