Job summary

ABC Fitness is seeking a driven, results-oriented Account Executive to join our North American sales team. You’ll proactively identify and pursue new opportunities, build strong client relationships from scratch, and drive revenue growth in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in mid-level account management within B2B SaaS, a proven top-quartile track record, and experience with MEDDIC and Salesforce.

Qualifications

5+ years managing mid-level accounts in fitness or similar industry.
Proven top-tier performance (top 25%).
Experience with MEDDIC sales methodology.
Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business via outbound prospecting (calls, emails, social).
Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships.
Develop and execute strategic territory plans to meet revenue targets.
Collaborate with marketing/product teams on messaging.
Provide client feedback to inform product enhancements.
Manage sales pipeline in Salesforce with accurate forecasting.
Represent ABC at industry events.
Complete quarterly business plans and expense reports.
