Job summary

Fieldwire is seeking a proactive SMB Construction Success Manager to guide small and mid-sized clients through Fieldwire deployments, training, and ongoing workflow optimization. You will become a trusted advisor, integrating Fieldwire into clients’ daily operations, delivering training, identifying improvements, and driving account expansion across the construction sector.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction industry and client-facing work.
• Strong presentation and communication capabilities.
• Self-motivated, organized, and deadline-driven.
• Diplomacy and patience handling customer issues.
• Comfortable engaging with foremen to senior managers.
• Understanding of construction from design to completion.
• Knowledge of how project stakeholders interact to drive schedule/budget.
• Ability to brainstorm unique client solutions in a dynamic startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Become a Fieldwire product expert and learn best practices for configuring and utilizing the platform.
• Understand client construction needs and tech stack to integrate Fieldwire into workflows.
• Develop relationships with SMB accounts and proactively identify pain points and expansion opportunities.
• Conduct web-based training and demonstrations for clients on Fieldwire.
• Identify issues and relay feedback to product team for improvements.
• Troubleshoot and provide clear answers to customer questions and resolve technical issues.
