You’ll become a Fieldwire product expert, understand each client’s tech stack, and help drive account expansion through proactive outreach and ongoing engagement that reduces roadblocks and accelerates value realization.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional construction industry experience.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, highly organized with strong time management.
• Diplomacy and patience when handling customer issues.
• Able to communicate with foremen to senior managers.
• Basic understanding of construction processes from design to completion.
• Understanding of how project stakeholders interact to drive schedule and budget.
• Ability to brainstorm unique client solutions.
• Desire to learn in a dynamic startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Become Fieldwire product expert and learn best practices for configuring and utilizing the platform.
• Understand client construction needs and current tech stack to integrate Fieldwire into workflows.
• Develop relationships with SMB accounts, doing proactive outreach to uncover pain points and opportunities.
• Conduct web-based trainings and demonstrations to educate clients on Fieldwire.
• Identify customer issues and communicate feedback to our product team for improvements.
• Troubleshoot to help communicate answers to product questions and resolve technical issues.
