OpenAI is seeking an Audience & Content Growth Lead to shape global SMB content and education programs. You will turn customer needs, product capabilities, and advertiser success stories into compelling content—from webinars and video series to case studies and playbooks.

You’ll partner with web, social, lifecycle, growth, and regional teams to reach SMB audiences at scale. You will lead editorial planning and production, ensure quality and accessibility, and use AI to support content creation

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in content marketing, audience development, or customer education
• Proven track record creating and distributing content that grows SMB audiences and drives action
• Strong editorial judgment and storytelling ability for multiple formats

Responsibilities

• Set global SMB content strategy and editorial roadmap based on customer needs and advertiser maturity
• Create case studies, playbooks, webinars, and videos that make advertising accessible and actionable
• Launch repeatable education programs through webinars, workshops, and on-demand learning
• Lead distribution across owned, partner, and regional channels with cross-functional teams
• Develop creator-, expert-, and customer-led programs with credible education and authentic storytelling
• Scale programs across markets with regional adaptation of formats and languages
• Oversee editorial planning, production, and creative contributions with a focus on quality and accessibility
• Measure engagement, learning outcomes, and advertiser action; use experiments to improve content distribution
