Job summary

Prestige Accounting Solutions LLC is seeking an experienced Accounting Services Manager / Full-Charge Bookkeeper for a remote Arizona position with flexible hours (30–40 per week). You will own client bookkeeping, manage full-cycle books in QuickBooks Online, and prepare monthly statements while guiding clients on their financials.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of bookkeeping, public accounting, or private accounting experience.
• Hands-on experience with full-charge bookkeeping and month-end close.
• Experience with payroll, sales tax filings, and year-end reporting.
• Working knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, and Microsoft 365.
• Ability to manage multiple clients, priorities, and recurring deadlines independently.
• Strong attention to detail and the instinct to investigate when something doesn\u2019t look right.
• Clear, confident written and verbal communication.
• Experience working in a cloud-based or paperless accounting environment is a plus.
• An associate’s or bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related area is preferred, but relevant hands-on experience matters

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day accounting relationship for an assigned portfolio of small business clients.
• Manage full-cycle bookkeeping using QuickBooks Online
• Complete monthly closes and prepare adjusting journal entries
• Handle balance-sheet items including depreciation, loans, prepaid expenses, and payroll
• Prepare accurate monthly financial statements and help clients understand what the numbers mean
• Facilitate payroll processing and related reporting
• Support W-2 and 1099 preparation using applicable technology platforms
• Prepare and process state and local sales tax filings
• Troubleshoot QuickBooks Online and accounting-process questions for clients
• Work with third-party applications integrated with QuickBooks Online
• Proactively communicate with clients about deadlines, missing information, financial questions, and issues requiring attention
• Learn each client’s business so you can provide thoughtful, practical accounting support rather than one-size-fits-all service
