If you’re an experienced bookkeeper or accounting professional who enjoys working directly with clients, solving problems, and truly owning your work, this is the kind of opportunity worth taking a closer look at.
Prestige Accounting Solutions is a growing, cloud-based accounting firm supporting small business owners who want more than someone entering transactions. They want a trusted accounting partner who understands their business, keeps the financials clean, and helps them make sense of the numbers.
We’re looking for an Accounting Services Manager / Full-Charge Bookkeeper who can step into that role.
This is a remote Arizona opportunity with flexibility for either 30–40 hours per week, making it especially attractive for an experienced accounting professional who wants challenging, meaningful work without sacrificing flexibility.
You won’t be buried behind a spreadsheet doing one small piece of the accounting cycle.
You’ll have ownership.
You’ll manage the accounting relationship for an assigned group of small business clients, handle their books from close through reporting, and become someone clients trust when they have questions about their financials.
You'll also have the opportunity to grow beyond traditional bookkeeping into a more advisory-focused relationship with clients.
The strongest candidate probably isn’t looking for a job where someone needs to tell them what to do next.
You know how to take ownership of a set of books. You understand what a clean month-end close looks like. When something on the balance sheet doesn’t make sense, you investigate it.
Just as importantly, you’re comfortable talking to business owners.
You can take accounting language and explain it in a way that makes sense to someone who doesn't live in QuickBooks all day.
