Job summary

Fullmind is recruiting a Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver virtual, high-quality speech and language instruction to PreK-12 students under a 1099 contract. Immediate start depends on available placements for the 2026-27 school year.

It is fully remote with a negotiable daily rate based on experience and placement. Required credentials include an active AZ SLP license, AZ PreK-12 non-teaching certificate, Fingerprint Clearance Card, liability insurance, and strong knowledge of IDEA and

Qualifications

Active Arizona SLP license in good standing.
PreK-12 professional non-teaching certificate from the Arizona Department of Education.
Fingerprint Clearance Card issued by AZ Department of Public Safety.
Professional liability insurance required.
Knowledge of IDEA and Arizona special education law/A.R.S. requirements.

Responsibilities

Deliver engaging, high-quality speech and language instruction in a virtual classroom, building rapport and momentum similar to in-person therapy.
Evaluate students' speech and language levels and translate findings into actionable goals.
Design and carry out individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's IEP.
Document sessions and track progress toward IEP goals with required rigor.
Partner with school-based staff, teachers, case managers, and administrators to align on student progress.
