Job summary

Fullmind seeks a Speech Pathologist for a fully remote, 1099 contract aligned to the 2026-27 school year. You will assess and treat speech-language needs, develop IEP-targeted plans, and document progress for students served via telehealth across school districts.

Ideal candidates hold an Arizona SLP license, a PreK-12 non-teaching certificate, and a fingerprint clearance card; you must be able to work in the U.S. and collaborate with educators remotely.

Qualifications

  • Active Arizona SLP license to legally practice in the state.
  • PreK-12 non-teaching certificate from the Arizona Department of Education.
  • Fingerprint Clearance Card issued by the Arizona Department of Public Safety.
  • Professional liability insurance to cover your work.
  • In good standing with all licenses with no disciplinary actions.
  • Experience with telehealth platforms for school/IEP delivery.
  • FERPA-compliant technology setup: webcam, headset, stable internet.
  • Knowledge of IDEA and California Ed Code requirements.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Promote creativity and excitement in the virtual learning environment.
  • Create strategies to engage and nurture student learning and relationships.
  • Evaluate levels of speech and language.
  • Develop and execute treatment plans addressing student needs.
  • Document sessions and record progress toward IEP goals.
  • Meet with school personnel to convey student progress.
