Job summary

Aeroflow Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager – Outside Sales for the Jacksonville/North Florida area. This home-based, high-activity field role focuses on growing referral relationships across Sleep, Pulmonology, Cardiology, ENT, Neurology and primary care, with daily travel throughout the assigned territory.

You’ll visit 10–20 accounts daily, build new business, and educate providers on Aeroflow’s services to improve patient access and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales, business development, account management, or client-facing experience preferred.
• Experience meeting measurable goals and quotas.
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to manage time, schedule, and territory independently.
• Fluent English and professional communication.
• Reliable vehicle and ability to travel daily.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow your territory in Jacksonville/North Florida.
• Visit 10–20 accounts daily across the assigned territory.
• Maintain and grow referral relationships while developing new business.
• Host lunch-and-learns and educational conversations with providers and staff.
• Turn activity into measurable growth and meet or exceed targets.
• Balance field activity with administrative responsibilities.
