Job summary

Eisai Inc. is seeking a Senior Director, Global Marketing Lead for Sleep-Wake disorders to maximize portfolio performance.

You will lead cross-functional launch teams, collaborate with regional leaders, and align with Global marketing objectives to drive lifecycle planning and new indications. The role requires outstanding leadership, strategic thinking, and experience in pharma/biotech marketing across diverse regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) with 12+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Life Sciences industry preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in related field (Master's preferred) with significant experience in sales/marketing in pharma/biotech.
• OR a combination of equivalent education and experience.
• Demonstrated experience in sleep-wake disorders and regional marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead global commercial strategy for Sleep-Wake disorders portfolio.
• Develop and implement marketing plans and promotional campaigns.
• Oversee launch planning, lifecycle management, and messaging across regions.
• Coordinate with Global Product & Franchise Strategy Office, Medical and R&D.
• Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and resource allocation.
