Job summary

Medik8 is seeking a freelance Skincare Advocate to represent our brand at Sephora, delivering personalized consultations and product recommendations while driving sales and SPH targets. This remote-friendly role requires strong skincare knowledge and excellent client service within a flexible schedule, including some evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in skincare, beauty, cosmetics, luxury retail, or sales preferred.
• Passion for skincare and understanding of ingredients and routines.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and client service skills.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Comfortable conducting skincare consultations and product demonstrations.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining strong communication with brand leadership.
• Exceptional time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized skincare consultations and product recommendations based on client needs and concerns.
• Drive sales and achieve Sales Per Hour (SPH) goals.
• Educate consumers on brand philosophy, hero products, ingredients, and skincare routines.
• Execute in-store events, trainings, and brand activations to increase client engagement and sales.
• Build strong partnerships with store and leadership teams.
• Maintain expert knowledge of skincare trends, ingredients, competitors, and industry best practices.
• Ensure merchandising standards, product presentation, testers, and hygiene compliance.
• Capture and report sales results, client feedback, and competitive insights.
• Represent the brand professionally and embody brand values at all times.
